What is Yamolo?
Every few days Yamolo features an unbeatable deal from within Scotland. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we arrange discounts you won’t find anywhere else and can offer the savings back to Yamolo customers.

I like the latest deal - how do I get it?
Just click "Buy Now" before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people sign up, we’ll charge your card and send you a link to print your coupon.

Do I need to make use of my deal the same day I buy it?
No, most coupons have an expiration date well into the future, so you'll have plenty of time to take advantage of the offer.

I bought a deal - how do I use it?
Once you’re charged, you’ll receive an e-mail with a link to sign in and print your voucher. It has redemption instructions and a map right on it! The best option however is to print your coupon through the My Orders tab, accessible by clicking My Account in the top right corner once you are logged in.

Can I buy a Yamolo deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that coupons can be gifted, and unless the fine print specifically states otherwise, gift away!

Is Yamolo safe?
Extremely. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers. When you place your order you enter your credit card number directly into Sagepay's secure payment processing system. Sagepay, a division of Sage PLC, are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, which means they have the highest level of card data security.

Each person on the site improves our bargaining power with other businesses and that means more and better deals for you. In addition, when you recommend your friends we will credit your account with funds that you can use against a purchase. We run a tiered system and the more friends you recommend and sign up to our newsletter, the more reward you get!

How can I recommend a friend to Yamolo?
There are many opportunities to recommend a friend to Yamolo. On every deal you can find a link which you can use to send invitations to friends using Twitter, Facebook or Email. In your account you can send a special link to your friends via the 'Referral Invitations' page. From that page you can also see who has signed up and how much credit you're due.

I haven’t received my reward credit!
Your friend needs to create an account with Yamolo for the first time. Remember you need to get 5 friends to sign up to claim your £2. After your friends sign up we will credit your account with up to £6, and your next deal will cost £6 less!

How long is the credit valid for?
Your credit is valid for a whole six months. Keep this in mind!

How can I spend my credit?
You can use your credit on any deal with us and it will be redeemed automatically for you on the payment page. If your credit is worth more than the cost of the deal because you have been recommending lots of friends, then whatever is left over can be redeemed on your next deal.
